Ablon to put up office building in Warsaw
Ablon Group intends to erect a new office-residential building on Karolkowa Street in Warsaw's Wola district. It will be the company's first investment in Poland.
The office complex, which will feature a small residential wing, will be built on a 5,500 m² site. The investment will create approx. 18,000 m² of floor space, with apartments accounting for 2,000 m² of this total. The ground floor will be reserved for commercial functions and a two-storey parking garage with room for around 280 vehicles will be located underneath. The investor has already applied for a construction permit, and the undertaking will require estimated outlays in the region of €40m.
