in most of the malls like Arkadia, Galeria Mokotow, you will find a pet store, but they have rather fish and other small caged animals and birds, food and other stuff for your pet as well. Dogs and cats you can check on Allegro polish auction site here is a link URL

a friend of mine has 9 puppies of a "German dog" breed, a few weeks old, anyone interested post here.
