has anyone got the address of the NIP office in Warsaw? what documents do i need to bring with me?

Hi thomas, as far as I remember, it depends on where you live, to be precise on where you are registered it's called 'Meldunek', so then you find a tax office in polish 'urzad skarbowy' covering that area of Warsaw. In which district do you live?

i got my meldunek from somewhere in the Old town, I went there with my HR manager, All i needed was my passport, I'm having problems getting my PSEL now, My meldunek is only for your in Poland for 3 months, Since ive been here for over 15 Months and i'm planning on staying, I'm going to get my PSEL and maybe get some sort of residency. :/ My polish husband is helping me out with all of this. its very confussing good luck :)
